Users may request deletion of their Rep Strength account at any time.
Deletion requests may be submitted through:

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When an account deletion request is processed:
The following information will be permanently deleted or anonymized:

Email address

Full name
-
Username
-
Workout logs
-
Nutrition logs

Body measurements
-
Workout templates
-
Group memberships
-
Push notification subscriptions
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when:

Required by law

Necessary to resolve disputes

Needed to investigate fraud or abuse

Required for security, auditing, or legal compliance
Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Group and Community Content
Messages or interactions previously shared in group chats may remain visible to other users but may be anonymized after account deletion.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
Some backup systems may require additional time before information is permanently removed.
